I am a counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association, a qualified life and family coach, Montessori educator, and a homeschooling mother of two beautiful girls.
I support women, parents and families navigating complex seasons of life - whether that’s parenting stress, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, homeschooling or alternative education, separation or divorce, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life.
My approach combines professional training with lived experience. I am autistic, and both of my daughters are autistic, which gives me a deep understanding of the realities many families face when navigating autism, ADHD and other additional needs.
I offer neurodiversity-affirming support that is compassionate, practical and grounded in real life. Many of the families I work with appreciate having someone who understands both the emotional and practical aspects of parenting, education choices and family dynamics.
Alongside counselling sessions, I can also support clients with things like navigating NDIS processes and advocacy, parenting challenges, homeschooling or alternative education pathways, and relationship transitions such as separation, divorce or family court matters.
I also offer in-home decluttering and home organisation sessions, as I believe our homes are an extension of us and can often become a significant source of stress or overwhelm when life is already feeling full.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth and solutions-focused. Sessions are designed to feel supportive and collaborative - not clinical or intimidating - so you can talk openly about what’s going on and work towards meaningful change in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for you and your family.
Sessions are available online across Australia, with local support available in the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.
Outside of my work, I am also a homeschooling mum to two beautiful girls. Together we have intentionally created a simple lifestyle that prioritises connection, nature, adventure and meaningful experiences.
You will often find us outdoors exploring, learning together and making memories. Homeschooling allows us the flexibility to build a life that feels calm, connected and aligned with our values.
Many of the women and families who reach out to me say they feel inspired by the peaceful rhythm of our life and the way we approach parenting and family life. That is something I value deeply.
While I am professionally trained as a counsellor, my approach is intentionally not clinical or rigid. I believe support should feel human, supportive and relatable. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, understood and supported as you work through whatever challenges life is bringing your way.
Helping women move beyond simply surviving and instead create lives that feel calmer, more aligned and more fulfilling is something I feel incredibly passionate about. I like to think that in supporting families to feel stronger and more supported, we are quietly changing the world one family at a time.
I am passionate about continuous learning and professional development and believe we never stop growing, both personally and professionally.
Some of my training and qualifications include:

I truly believe it is possible to move from feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin to creating a life that feels calmer, more connected and more aligned with your values.
I feel incredibly grateful for the life I have created with my girls, and I love supporting other women and families to find their own path towards a life that feels more peaceful, supported and fulfilling.
You do not have to navigate these seasons alone.
